Thats a true DIY Custom job right there...

Go to your Home Renovation store and purchase 3/8 or 1/2 tubing out of the plumbing section. They call them nipples. As well - purchase two plumbing flanges. One will attach to your table via screws. You can then hack some speakter holders to fit onto the other end of the stand's plumbing flange.

You may also use plexiglass (thick that doesnt flex) - get it cut at a windshield shop for a couple bucks and drill a few holes to attach to the speaker. My speakers had stand holes so it worked out well - so make sure you use something to dampen the sound vibration if it doesn't include them.

After that I took a couple sprays of Krylon Flat Black paint, and bolted it onto the table. You can raise the height of them by using different size nipples.

    I use 2 4" nipples and a coupler - I think 3/8's are commonly available up to 6".

If you want more detailed info let me know!

Im a clean boy what can I say, the goal of my setup was to hide any many of the wires as I can. and yes i do have a modded PC, its great but takes getting used to because i tend to leave it on at night, and i cant turn off any of the LEDS so its pretty bright my room

Its a RoadReady RRDJ10w case. I love it cause i never have to unhook any of the cables but the power, everything fits very nice in the case, even the SA still plugged in. and I own a truck so i just load it up in the bed.

The only bad thing is if I have to go up stairs which if I play out i usualy do, the damn thing weights more then I do. So yeah that sucks but I manage.

Yeah I have always been one to sleep with some sorta noise whether music a movie or the hum of my PC, I have always had a hard time falling asleep without noise even with i was first born, So i guess that noise didnt get to me as much as the lights.

when i first got my setup, i bought a coffin to hold it all. once i started playing out though, I realized that this thing was more trouble than it was worth because of how much it all weighed! it was the one piece of my mobile setup that i'd needed a hand with when i was setting up.

i switched to some stackable individual flight cases.. wheels and a handle are on one of them, and the handle pulls out. the other case has these little slots that you put the handle of the other case through and a little locking clip deal. i have my mixer setup with the battle bridge brackets . check the cases out here:

i'll post some pics of my setup in a bit

I have the same problems with my coffin. IT fits all nice in one bax but its not practicle since you always need 2 people to carry it.... unless you get the ones with wheels on the bottom. To bad I got the older model with no wheels.

I might go with the same deck cases from road ready that you bought...

wheels are a good idea.... and i think you can srew them on the case later on too....?!

since i'm living on the 4th floor, 2 individual cases are the better idea. i can leave them carried by the cab driver or the groupie of the night (lol) and only take my vestax, hehe....

living on the 4th floor is a very good reason 4 tfs, too... btw.... :D

Here's a picture of my set up at home minus the laptop. I really need a bracket of some description. Anyone know of a soloution?

Also, check my website www.magichew.com for some mixes.

    Bracked

I'd suggest a wall mount TV stand...

They're around $60 at cosco or homedepot....

Mount it to the wall and "bob's your uncle"

    Re: FS Setup Pictures

Hmm, yeah, I've considered the tv wall stand but always passed on it because of the drilling into the wall.

I'd rather have something drilled in or clamped onto the stand.

    Thanks for the advice though.
