Although we are making good progress we still can't fix some of the bugs as they're related to Traktor.

So close to the goal but still far away :/

 

My mobile setup

Posted this already within the X1 kontroller forum, but maybe nice to put it here as well...

I built a case for my setup with a Denon X1100 and a X1. I am a mobile DJ and want to keep my rigging time as short as possible. I first used a 19" case (10/2) setup with even a mini-itx pc and little 12" tft screen. But it was to big and heavy, so I now switch to a tabletop concept.



What I used is a standard case from proDJuser, which suits a pioneer 400 set. It is around 83 x 50 x 19 cm. I removed the inner sides and moved them so I can have my denon X1100 mixer on one side, the X1 kontroller in the middle and my HS5500 on the left side (this can both work as a midi kontroller or as a individual backup unit if computer fails, superb that it can play 2 channels then!).



Then I bought a standard tft screen holder and fixed it sideways, so it can tilt down/upwards and hold my 12" laptop. I can move my X1 down between some foam so that it is safe for transport.

PS; my case was just finished before the gig of last weekend, so had no time to do cable management and built in my usb hub, so the cables on the right backside have dissappeared now. Sorry for the bad image! Will add some better pictures and a movie later...
