    Thanks guys :)

The table I got from ikea, it is not finished yet as I still have to buy the shelving units for it to sit on and I also need to make a rack space under the table for more equipment. But it just looks nice how it is and I was happy so I took some pics. I'll take more in a few weeks when I get fully setup.

I'm getting old now, I have a family to manage + work + my business so I need to get more efficient with the time I set aside for dj'n and making music cause it just something I love to do.

Erm... like wow. Amazing studio scaper7.

Is that a Roland JC-90 in the back ground..?
How do you like that amp. Im considering a small combo amp as my Marshall is way too big for my new (smaller) studio room. I loved the JC 120 years ago.

Yes it is a JC-90. It belongs to a friend who comes to jam sometimes. It's his favorite out of a nice collection he has (a Marshall kind of guy), and yes it sounds great .... however ... the most remarkable small combo amp that's been here to visit in the last couple of years has got to be this thing .... http://www.musicradar.com/gear/all/...ombo-amps/rebel-30-1-x-12-combo-252788/review .... stunningly beautiful from clean to total grunt (good audio examples in the link review)

My wife (gotta love 'er) said I could have the den for my studio, if I promised to keep only a SMALL setup on the main level, so we have room and can now start to save up for a nice big sectional sofa.

    The new downstairs setup:

    2 x Technics 1200
    Traktor Kontrol S4
    2 x KRK RP5 gen1
    Yorkville YSM-1 subwoofer
All resting on an Ikea EXPEDIT 4x2, with a VIKA AMON table top bolted on and a total of 8 CAPITA (4") legs to raise it up a touch higher for my taller DJ guests. The monitors rest on a LACK shelf with 6" CAPITA feet attached. Still waiting for my S4 case, so I've put a phone book underneath my S4 for now to bring it up to turntable height.

    And upstairs:

    2 x Technics 1200
Korg Zero4 (my main studio mixer now)
    Ecler NUO4.0 (sortafied, for Traktorism)
    Maschine (on a snare stand)
    M-Audio Axiom 61
Epiphone Negative Les Paul (you know you love it Karlos)
    2 x KRK RP6 gen1
    Stanton Uberstand
All resting on an Ikea GALANT desk. The monitors sit on a pair of small LACK shelves sitting on a set of 6" CAPITA legs each.
