Closed Traktor Version: 3.3.0 81 Crash (Mac OS X 10.15.2)

Hallo, ich wollte einen Check Cosistency durchführen aber Traktor stürtzt ab ohne ein crashlog zu erstellen.

Do you get the crash every time you run the Consistency Checker or you only get it once ? and does it crash directly as soon as you open the Consistency Checker or is it scanning first? I tried to reproduce it but I am not able.

I also opened a thread about this, because I experience the same crash.

It occurs every time I want to check the consistency, Traktors starts scanning some songs and after a few seconds, Traktor crashes.

 

I get this too.

My consistency check goes through two cycles of the progress bar. (Not sure if this is normal, but it's always done that.) It crashes halfway through the second cycle.

 

Mine is fine on mbp 2012

 

For the people who have this crash could you start the previous beta(should be in the Applications / Native Instruments / Traktor Pro 3 / backup folder and see if the crash also happens there?

Are you willing to give us your collection? A zip file of your Traktor 3.3.0 folder in the Documents folder. We are not able to reproduce this bug so far so it might something specific in your collection.

I launched 3.3.0 69 from the backup folder and it is not crashing on a consistency check.

How you want me to send a zip of that folder? It's 732 MBs.

I just restarted and Check Consistency is not crashing anymore.

You restarted your computer or just Traktor?

 

I restarted my computer. It took longer than usual, and asked me to send a crash report to Apple after it finished starting, so maybe something was stuck in the background and interfering with the consistency check?

 

yes but the only strange thing is that it did not crash with 69

 

The consistency check works fine in the former beta (3.3.069).

Can I install that built on top of 3.3.069? Or do I have to install 3.3.081 again before installing that built on top?

 

no you can just extract the archive and launch it, no need to install.

 

Hallo, ich hatte gestern abend auch noch die 3.3069 getestet und es gab kein Absturz.
Hatte es noch geschaft das die 3.3081 den check durch läuft aber beim beenden von Traktor chrash.

 

Gerade die 3.3072 angetestet ging ohne absturz die 3.3081 gestartet ( ohne check Cosistency)und gleich wieder geschlossen und wieder absturz.
