Traktor Wont Read My Reloop Master Edition Mixer

Hi guys,
I'm new here. Hope you can help because I'm at my wits end !

Bought a Reloop Master Edition console mixer, loaded up Tracktor LE, but cant get the 2 to read each other. I'm on Mac. All the lights at the top in blue are on in Traktor, but the faders dont move when I use the Reloop mixer. I've installed the drivers, and LE twice.

The shop I bought it from said that I may need Traktor Pro, because LE has a few problems , but not sure if they are just trying to get me to spend more money,,,,,,but will buy it if I need to....


When i turn the mixer off the 'AUDIO' sign on Traktor goes red, so I know they are connected some how .

please help if you can . I tried to instal the latest firmware but when i go the drop down menu on the download on the 'MIDI' bar I cant see the option for selecting the DJ2 Master Edition ?

Not sure what else to do.

Look forward to some help, if not then this thing is going out the window !

there are 2 small switches in the from of the DJ2 ME saying MIDI/something that i can't remember u need to set them to MIDI or else faders will not work...

 

Thanks Madinfo ! You are a star.....after 4 hours back in the shop, re installing, un installing .....NOBODY even told me about the 2 switches.....have to say the reloop manual and support is **** !

Was just getting ready to throw it out the window.....

and reloop support forum is nice...
