Traktor / Xone 23C continual crashes

Hi,
I'm new to Traktor after purchasing an A&H Xone23C mixer. I was hoping to mix digital files along side my vinyl collection.
A few 'user' issues to begin with but since I upgraded to Pro 3 and purchased the correct timecode vinyl I'm still having nothing but problems with Traktor crashing. The most I've got out of it is 3 mixes before I get the "Traktor 3.5.2 has encountered a major problem' error.

NI support are helping but it can be 1 or 2 days before I get a reply.
So far,
- I've confirmed my laptop specs are fine (Lenovo i5, windows 10).
- laptop system/drivers are update
- A&H Xone drivers and firmware have been installed and updated to the current.
- Most recent version of Traktor is installed, Pro 3.5.2

NI support said I should be using the "Xone 23C WDM Audio 2.9.95.2" driver, but this does not give me any option to route the outputs to each mixer channel.
But, I DO have this option when I use the 'Xone 23C USB ASIO driver" and I can load tracks, cue and mix them, until the crash message mentioned above appears.
To add, I also get the "Flushing background tasks" and the software locks up intermittently when I've tried to close Traktor.

I couldn't find anything similar from searching the forum so hoping someone can assist.
