Transfer an activation?

Hi there - Here is my problem.

First I must say, I'm a little sad (and upset) that I did not receive any answer on my mail-request so far. I bought some new software, including battery 3. Because I could not remember my old login I created a new one with my new main-mail-adress. THIS is my old account. So I managed it after all and it's all my fault, I know

Here's the trick - I got the EWSQ Silver Library a long time before and DID activate it then. I have not thought about getting any trouble, because I HAVE an activation code. But this code does not seem to work anymore, because I receive the message my hardware profile changed. It didn't. I just formated my hd and reinstalled Windows.

Because I like the NI-Support-Center, I'd love somebody to transfer my EWSQ to my new profile, "Caputt-Mattes".

Please help fast, I'm a little short of time with my production

Silly me.

I just activated it now with the other account. It would still LOOK better If I had both products on one (the new) profile, but there's no need to haste now anymore, because everything is activated and working fine.

great that it works now. I can not check your support case without a tracking number, so I hope you get a reply in the meantime or, if you wrote on Friday, you get a reply within the next hours at least.
