Solved Trouble authorizing Massive

    I need to load several archived compositions on a new system. The tracks used Massive and FM8 (orininally purchased as part of the long discontinued Komplete Synths bundle).

    I understand that Service Center is discontinued as of May this year but I cannot authorise Massive or FM8 with Native Access (both of which are current and available to purchase NI products).

    I have seperate serial numbers for Komplete Synths, Massive and FM8 already which are accepted by Native Access but they show as 'demo'. I am logged into Native Access with the same email and password as was used for Service Center.

    I would appreciate being able to use the instruments that I purchased. Please let me know how to fix this.
