Trouble installing updates via Service Center

Hi,

I keep receiving this error message when attempting to install downloaded updates via NI Service Center:

'No library found under the registered installation path. Either move the library back to its original location or re-install the library before running this update.'

Can anyone assist in solving this? Or should I just reinstall Komplete all over again? I'm having issues locating instruments in Kontakt factory library also so I'm wondering whether a re-install is in order; however I recently upgraded my PC so reinstalled everything then.

I downloaded and ran the NI Location Tool for PC but I'm not sure exactly where my Reaktor content product is located. I've tried a few different folders but I now keep receiving a message saying 'The product 'Reaktor Factory Selection' was not found in this folder, please select where the folder is.' I'm not even sure that it's the Reaktor factory selection that I'm looking for...

 

Can you please give more details about which libraries exactly have this error message or problem you mentioned in your first post.

The updates/libraries I'm having the problem with are:

Battery 4 Factory Library 1.0.1 Win Update
Broadway Lights 1.3.0 Win update
Rammfire 2.0 Update for Guitar Rig 5 only
Traktors 12 2.0 Update Win for Guitar Rig 5 only

Have a look at the Overview-Tab in Service Center to check which version of these libraries is currently installed:

You can also try to download and install these updates manually from here (after you login with your account):
