Trouble Updating Via Native Access

Hi Guys,
Running into some issues on Native Access when updating.
I get "Failed to Update" warning message every time I try updating.
I contacted support but the answer they gave me didn't fix the issue so I'm posting on here.

Possible issues:
1. Location of download or user libraries?

2. Recently purchased a new iMac and imported all my data from a previous Mac?

3. Authorization of my Native Access?

Yes. You need to verify the location of your libraries and maybe do a rescan in maschine. Your plist/preference files may need to be updated.

 

I also am having trouble updating through Native Access. For me it's Kontakt player that keeps failing to install. The message I've gotten 3x now is (something like) 'UNINSTALLATION FAILURE', which happens at the 75% mark each time. Also, I noticed that NA had all the locations incorrect (understandable because I'd moved them since the previous time that I'd used NA) in 'Settings' and even though I updated these locations in it, these changes aren't being registered in the 'Installed Products' page's 'Installation Path' panel.
Any ideas about what I need to do?

 

You may need to uninstall and reinstall native access.

 

I just came back to mention that an update of Reaktor Blocks through NA worked just fine. Do you still think an uninstall/reinstall of NA is a good idea? (now i'm currently updating Reaktor 6)

 

Interesting: an update of Reaktor 6 just failed, also due to 'Uninstallation Error'.

 

After uninstalling and reinstalling Native Access I again tried to update Kontakt player but the same message: "Unistall error". Fun times ahead for me, whoopie!
