Trying To De-Register... No Response

    Um... I am trying to de-register one of my serial numbers since I sold the product, but nothing has happened. I have received no response from Native Instruments, and my serial number is still present in my account.

    What in the world do I need to do to get my serial number dropped? Why isn't Native Instruments responding to e-mail support? I don't appear to be the only one being ignored.

    Any help would be appreciated. The ticket number is 2008010310015364.

    I think their ticket system not works. My ticket is 2007122210025969 (look on date) and still not response. I see on this forum that people get help from NI support only by phone. Users that waiting for answer by mail are lonely with their problems :( That's sad but it looks that NI Support don't look here (on forum) very often :S

    Do you remember how simple was activation and deactivation products from your account by yourself via site ? Adding end deleting serial numbers ?

    No ! ... now is simlper :S
