Trying to install Komplete Selection

    Hello, just purchased my Maschine 2.0 and got the software installed. In my manual is says to download the Komplete selection installer but when trying to run the installer it says there was an error trying to receive the installation files and server may be down. Any ideas?

    Thanks, i've been sitting on this a few days and not sure what else to do. I've contacted NI a few days ago.
