TS Pro 2: calibration works fine first, continuous skipping after some minutes

i'm new on timecodes and i've recently purchased the MK2 system (audio 10). setup and calibration works fine, but after some minutes of running traktor, the timecode signal starts skipping and the songs keep on crackling. after restarting traktor, i can't calibrate without a skipping signal and the crackling is still there, no matter what i do. the only thing that helps is restarting the computer. Increasing the latency also doesn't help.

i've already disabled network adapters, unnecessary USB hubs, webcam, bluetooth and so on via the device manager and i'm running my laptop without battery (read somewhere that this could help). i'm wondering whether an usb-hub with separate power supply will help or whether it's a bug i can't fix. I've also tried different USB ports and different cables.

latency is at 10,2 ms (44100 KHz, 256 samples, 1 ms USB Buffer), which works fine as long as it doesn't start to skip, key lock is on ECO mode.

can anyone please help me or has an idea what else could be the problem?

Bump for you, hope you get it sorted!
Are your tables well grounded? Also you could have to low of latency for TSP2 to keep up?

I know on my netbook if I set the latency too low it will crackle and pop as the CPU gets bogged down.

    Interesting that nobody answered.

Do you still have that problem or did you get it sorted?

Why im asking.. Well, with Audio 6, Traktor Scratch Pro 2 on Windows 7 and with Technics MK2 i have this issue to, funny thing is, that the skipping underneatch the Vinyl MK2 (15m) alwas appears and both side on the exact same time, as well as disappearing on the exact same time.

Any idea, what's with your issue?

Looking forward do hear from you.

yes, i still have the same problem, and I'm experiencing exactly the same that the skipping occurs to an equal extent on both deck A and B, so i think it is either a problem of the traktor10 or of latency, even though i've tried out every possible combination of latency parameters.

i finally got up trying, and you're right, its a little weird that no-one of the NI team has responded... I'm quite disappointed..

I also have this issue. Just upgraded to MK2 vinyls to solve low input issue. Now I have this issue too.

I have Audio 6, Traktor 2.6 Pro, MK2 Vinyls, Shure Whitelabel Carts, technics.

Mine seems to begin after around 5 minutes of playing. If I restart Traktor it goes away, but then comes back after 5 minutes again.

I have latency set to longest settings. My laptop can handle anything else (like when I use my external controller with Audio2) so I dont think its a lack of processing power. It seems like a glitch to me. :(
