TS pro & vestax typhoon

Hi there

I have TS Pro installed on my win 7 laptop with 2GB of RAM - its been working perfectly in "internal mixer mode". I have just hooked up my Vestax Typhoon and it loaded out of the box.
BUT.....when I move the cross fader on the typhoon then audio goes glitchy, also when I fast-forward the jog wheel on one deck the audio on the other desk is glitchy. When using any functions on the typhoon the CPU meter in stays at a minimum.

Can anyone help?

Have you tried plugging it into a different USB port? Have you run opimisations for Win 7, especially power management settings.

 

Can you point me in the right direction, I have tried searching the web for " opimisations for Win 7" but I cant find any instructions.

Also can you tell me what colour the LED should be on the Vestax - its red at the moment?

Thanks< ive changed most of my settings as recommended and its made a big improvement. I still get glitches on one deck when I apply an effect to that deck or the other. Is there anything else I can try?
