TSP wont activate

    I have logged into Service Centre and it now says "All products are activate" but when I try to start up TSP it asks me to activate it and then takes me to the Service Centre again.

    What is strange is that TSP is not listed under the "Products installed on this computer" tab... Yet it says all activated at the top.

    Any ideas? Its driving me mad now...

    I have exactly the same problem and it is driving me equally as mad! Let me know if you have any progress on this. I am hoping the new Service Center 2 will solve the problem but I am not holding my breath

    I did this on Sunday and still awaiting a response. Hence why I have turned to forum for help. I am starting to get frustrated with how long I have to wait for a response.

    Hi CMG,

    sorry for the late reply, I just answered your open ticket. In case of Traktor Pro and Snow Leopard this is a known issue due to the fact that Apple changed the behavior of their installer method which is part of the operating system. The easiest way to get this fixed is using the latest Traktor demo version for installation and activate this with your serial number.

    Thanks Marius, I've just replied to your message. I presume you mean install the TSP demo from the website rather than using the installation CD?
