    I don't see any way to do this, nor do I see any reference to tuning in the manual.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Lotuz is right. The algorithms used for simulating the organ sound do not allow any detuning without producing very annoying artefacts. So the B4 developers wisely decided not to implement this feature. We only offer a number of tonewheel sets using different tunings contained in the "B4 tonewheel sets" package which is available as an addon to the B4 and mainly contains differnt organ sounds (Vox, Farfisa, Indian Harmonium).
