    Setup:

    - Traktor 2.11.3 (R13) (also happened on 2.11.0, .1 and .2)
    - Windows 10 (v1803)

    Problem:

    When enabling Turntable FX on a running deck, the effect starts after a few seconds.

    It has always been behaving like that. That's because it works of the buffer.

    I believe in v2.10.x it worked well. Might also been an older version.

    Negative - it is a nature of the effect - the buffer thing will reset every time you insert TTFX in to the fx slot or when you toggle the FX Unit On button (mixer section buttons 1-2-3-4).

    So when ever you insert TTFX you have to wait for a couple of seconds until a Deck/Track is fully charged. Then it should work normally.

    That is correct. Some time is needed after selecting the effect to fill the buffer, before you can engage it.
