I am a newbie to Traktor and I have read the manual but I was hoping someone could point me to a tutorial to help walk me through the following:

Goal: Create a nicely blended disc for friends for my birthday present. I have a collection of 16 MP3s that I would like to mix together as smoothly as possible given the BPM issues.

I have loaded the tracks in but am getting stuck trying to use the cue points and save the mix / export it as a file that can be burned to disc.

Thanks for helping out a newbie.

    practice, practice and more practice.

if you are using nice BPM house/techno tracks, then analyse them all, and use the auto-sync to sync the tracks, don't be ashamed, once you get used to the way traktor works, then, you can use cue points, fx, and all the rest of the goodies.

as for exporting, you can either write your mix in WAV ( with the Audio Recorder ) or as an "automation" mix with the "Native Mix Recorder".

for the former, once the WAV file is written, you can burn this to a CD, for the later, you will need to "Write" the mix to WAV then you can burn it to CD.
