Twenty Five not showing in NA

    Hi,
    Im interested in trying Twenty-Five but I dont know how you get it to show in NA. I see its announcement is in the Maschine forum which I dont have. The documentation requirements doesn't say you need Maschine. Can someone please clear this up?

    Perhaps a broader question I also need to ask, how do you get any product that you don't own yet to show up in NA?

    Twenty Five is a Kontakt instrument, so it does not specifically require Maschine. You need to request that it be added to your account, and the directions can be found at this link… just click the “Free Download” link and follow the directions. then wait for it to show up in NA… try refreshing NA if it does not show up rightaway,

    Exactly the same thing is happening to me. I've wrote to support, but their first suggestion didn't work for me.
    Probably it works for you (I don't think so really):

    Please carry out the following steps:
    Go the directory listed below:
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center
    Then delete the following .xml files:
    Native Access.xml
    *NAME OF MISSING PRODUCT*.xml
    Restart your computer and Native Access afterwards.
