two live signals - routing ?

    i'm using cubase vst 5.1 with the delta 66 and omnibox.
    vokator works fine if i use i.e. a microphone as modulator
    and the vokator-synth as a carrier(i create vokator as an insert effect on an audio track and a midi track with vokator ).

    what must i do to use two live signals(i.e. microphone and guitar/
    microphone and vst synth/...) ?
    where's the possibility to choose the audio in channel for the
    second live signal ???
    So if any body has a clue,please help me out !
