UCG102 GUITAR LINK connection problem

    I have a problem with connecting to usb, i tried on several (6) different comuters, and none of them would lit up the blue USB connection light, and none of the computers didn't recognize the product. When i pulled out the USB cable the CLIP led blinked once (every time i disconnected). What could be the problem ? All the machines had WinXP Pro 32bit, the year of the machines hardware is different, from 2008 - 2005, other usb devices work with no problem. Windows said "unknown device". Can anyone help ?

    Contact Behringer. When that many computers don't like it, it sounds like a hardware defect in the GUITAR LINK. 'This forum is or the Guitar Combos software only. Behringer makes the hardware, so contact them first.
