UCG102 problems

Hey All

Ive relently recieved my lovely little UCG102. I love the sounds i get while listening through my headphones but i would love to be able to get the sound coming through my PC speakers (anyway of doing that?) and im having some problems recording.

Whenever i record a sound using one of the combo's and save it the playback dosnt have any of the combo sounds on the saved file, just a clean signal.

i also cant seem to record through audacity using the UCG102. am i just being stupid or can someone shead some light on this for me?

 

Hi Kenny,

The UCG acts as an input and an output device, so all your sound gets routed there. If you want to use your computers speakers, you'll have to plug them into the UCG.

Also, the version of combos that you have does not act as a plug-in, nor does it save with wet effects. It's just a free version for practice. If you want the ability to use it as a plug-in and save the sounds, you'll want to upgrade to the full version of Guitar Rig, which you can do for a special price through NI.
