Ultimate Collection cant be downloaded

Hi everyone.. after a recent restore of my ipad, im not able to restore and download my ultimate collection bundle. It doesnt even show up as an option! I've pressed "restore purchases" a bunch of time, resynced with my desktop, singed out of apple id and signed back in, restarted the ipad, etc... and nothing.

I see the "quantum collection" and have downloaded that and i see the individual packs that can be purchased but no option to get the bundle.

Any help?

 

You know, i didn't expect a massive repose but I DID expect some sort of reply from an NI rep at the very least.

This is why i tend to keep NI purchases to a minimum.

 

That bundle was a limited time IAP (an old email i have says it was to expire 12/1/15) so no longer shows in app. If bought, i think the individual packs that made it up should have a download button next them and you'll need to install them individually. It was the 36 packs that were released up to that time on imaschine 1.

Thats the thing though, those individual packs show "buy" not "download". And those packs were purchased in 2015 as you mentioned, but it was indeed machine 2.

 

Was your issue resolved? I had the same problem and after a few hours, the 'restore purchase' button appeared. Now I can download the 'quantum collection' packs individually.

 

The restore button not being there isn’t the issue. The issue is that when I DO press it, nothing happens. Can’t download packs individually, can’t download anything as a group, nothing.

 

Ok... Well, it must be on you then... Because I just reinstalled on my iPad mini 2 yesterday and the Quantum bundle is there to download and you can choose which packs from the bundle to download (individually)..

I LITERALLY checked this morning and nothing. Just checked now and BOOM, there it is.

Who the hell knows what going on anymore.
