unable to download spektral delay update

the purchasing form for the Spektral Delay update (finally!, cool!).. won't accept my user name.

i'm typing it in correctly, and it's obviously a valid user name because it allows me to post in these forums.

maybe a glitch on NI's part?

i fixed my own problem. turns out i never registered my original copy of spektral delay. i just did that, and now the form works fine.

looking forward to exploring this one again. it's been a long time!
