so.. tell us your computer profile. i.e mac or PC, operating system, RAM etc.

Plus the Exact version of Traktor you are running and which driver you installed.

Then we might get closer to being able to help you troubleshoot your problem.

ok so here's what i have... mac pro snow leopard, 2 stanton cdj (time code), DJM 500, audio 8 dj running with Traktor pro 2

i just can't find audio 8 under setting or get traktor to recognize audio 8

    helpful will be:

the EXACT version of Traktor (click the icon on the GUI header and the info box comes up)

Just to clarify, you have Traktor SCRATCH Pro, right?

and is it a Mac Pro Desktop? or Laptop (in which case it would be a MacBook Pro) and what RAM is installed? What speed is the processor? This gives us a better idea of what exactly you have set up.

Do the lights come on on the Audio 8 when you plug it in?

Which USB port are you using?

Did you install the NI OSX USB Drivers, and if so, which version is installed? There have been quite a few driver releases over the years, so this is important. The perfect driver for your system depends on what the answers are to the questions I have asked above.

Without this level of detail, any 'fix' for you is a shot in the dark
