Unable to load presets and banks from the community

Hi everyone,

I just changed my demo GR6 to GR6 Pro, by buying the product.
I tried to load some presets from the community (patches and banks) but they don’ show up in the preset browser.
The bank has the extention .bnk and the presets have the extentions as showed by the import option.
I follow the instructions of the manual litterally but is does not work.
Is the functionality not working? Should i have performed an uninstall followed by a new install? What is going wrong here?
Is the import of banks (.bnk files) no longer supported?
