Solved Unable to login to Native Access

    I can log on to the website just fine. I can even change my password and still login to the website properly with the new password.

    The Native Access software simply refuses to let me log in and says I have an incorrect email address or password.

    I am on Windows 8.1 and this is the first time I have installed the software as I just bought a new Maschine and would like to set it up.


    RESOLVED: Looks like email addresses are case sensitive in Native Access but not on the website?

    Tried uninstalling / reinstalling several times as others had this help them.

    Added the executable and path to the windows defender exceptions and still no luck.

    Hi , I have the same prob. on Mac Pro , Big Sur 11.6.1 . I have done a lot of passwords change and still doesn't work . What have you done to work in your case ?

    Howdy! I had to contact customer support as I think that my login had an uppercase letter in it, or I entered my email as having one? I forget exactly but customer support did help me to resolve it I think by changing the character on their end.
