Unable to login to post bug report :(

Hi,

I tried to login to: http://www.native-instruments.com/publicbeta/index.php
to log a bug with the browse button, but it wont accept my details.

I'm not sure Ive even signed up for that part of the beta.

Heres why:
I know there was a nonpublic beta earlier on, and I wasnt in that. So is that site expecting the details I used to DL the public BETA (ie: my Sservice Centre details, not forums details) Or.. do I need to register as a closed beta tester?

currently the public beta is on, you need to simply download it.

 

I can't login to post bug reports either. Apparently you should get a seperate login name etc to access the beta tracker but i never received anything.

 

I'm confused as well. I can't login with the username and password I use for the N.I forums etc.

I received the invite email to test the 1.6 beta, but no additional username and password to post bug reports.

In the email with the topic "Public Beta Test for MASCHINE 1.6" it says you will have an email sent with login details for bugtracker once you sign up.

"You will automatically receive an email with the bug tracker login details after signing up for the beta test."

I have received no such email. Has anyone received such email?

downloading the beta doesn't mean you've signed up.

you need to sign up.

read everything on the page you downloaded the beta from.

 

It says on the page that a user account will automatically be created. This doesn't appear to be happening for a few people. I've just tried downloading the beta again to see if an account is created but so far nada. I've logged into download it so is there something else we need to sign up for? Very confusing!

sowari said they're off till monday so probably just have to wait until then. Has anyone been able to send an email to the administrators? The hyperlinks don't work for me at all.

 

I found a work around to get the email and login.

In the public beta area, click on the beta link for Kontakt or any other NI products you have. Above the download link there should be something that says click here to sign up for access to the bug report. once u click where it say click here the text updates showing ur login id and the password is emailed to you.
