unable to play tracks from external cd/dvd drive

    hi,

    i have a plextor px-716uf external cd/dvd drive, which i would like to be able to access from traktor (2.61) so that i can play tracks from cds in addition to mp3, but when i insert a cd into it, no tracks show when i click the drive letter in traktor (i can see tracks in explorer). i also have an internal cd drive and this works fine. is there a setting i can change to get this to work? is this an issue with all external drives, or something specific to certain drives?
