Is there not a solution for this yet???

It looks like there is no solution for this and I am deeply saddened by this. When using ableton, I am unable to use both the M32 and my KK S61 to do anything in the same session. It decides that my M32 will be the only controller for the DAW and my S61 does nothing (not even in midi mode).

Not only this, but Komplete Kontrol Software only recognizes ONE keyboard controller, same thing with the Maschine software. Is there a way around this? Or do I just need to sell my NI gear? because it's actually really frustrating issue, and one that think could be quickly solved honestly. I'm REALLY hoping that this is just user error.

No, no solution. 2 keyboard won’t work.

Nope. I ran into the same problem. Decided to return the M32 and get an Arturia Keystep 37 instead. Although I got the M32 mainly for live performances, this is a lot more value for money, as I can still use the Keystep at home next to my KK and other NI gear without any software conflicts (I expect, I am still waiting for it to arrive).

Komplete Kontrol standalone will recognize my S88 MK2, S88MK1 and my M32 all at once and so my question to you is did you check the required midi input in preferences. There is a separate driver that KK loads for each of the keyboards (3 in this case) and so each one must be checked.

As far as using the two keyboards together, my experience is that the M32 takes over initially and puts the big brother (S88 in my case) into midi mode. Use shift/instance to put your S61 back in control and then leave the M32 in midi mode. Then you can simply use it to play specific track/instruments by changing the midi input setting on the wanted track to M32 Choose one or the other as needed or ALL INPUTS to have both keyboards play on the same track at the same time.

If I understand correctly, Ableton maps everything to midi channel 1 but that is ok. You can have every track on channel 1. So using the M32 is buggy when used with another MI keyboard to be sure, but it is not a brick either. If you want to dial in every knob and feature on both simultaneously your are in for a disappointment, but if you simply want to have a second keyboard to be able to play two different instruments on separate keyboards at the same time, then it is perfectly serviceable. And so what if you have to use your mouse and the software to fine tune the instrument because the keyboard is in midi mode. Set it up and get back to playing. This is Ok for some and not for others. I tend to be glass half full on the subject.
