    Hi,
    my order is 36587249 , done monday 29th morning...

    Today (after three day of silence) I have received an Automatic email about apologies ... the mail says

    -----
    Due to the very high demand during our 50% Off Special, we unfortunately do not expect to be able to dispatch your order within the next 4 to 6 weeks.-----

    6 weeks?

    I have choose the DHL EXPRESS SHIP to have a fast service.... so I have put to the trash 70 € of shipping cost...

    I got the same 4 to 6 weeks email also. There must have been a lot of orders for the guitar rig controller.
    I'm disappointed but with 50% off I'm still up on the deal.
    I'd get on to NI and get a refund for the Delivery costs.

    Hi! Have you also choosed the DHL EXPRESS? Do You think will be possible a refund of the shipping?

    Because : DHL shipping + rig kontrol hardware = not so a big deal :) (if we have to wait a month or more... )

    I just chose free delivery. I'm sure if you contact NI then they will change the delivery option and if they have already taken the cash, give you a refund. You have paid extra for quick delivery but since they cannot fulfill that obligation then they owe you the money back.
    Hope you have fun when it eventually arrives, I know I will.

    Thanks for the infos... Now I'm waiting for one week or two... if I will not have some good news I'll try to get the money back :)

    I can live without the product ... but if i knew this inconvenient I would have bought it here in Italy for 50€ additionally ... ;)
