Uninstall Other NI VI's before Komplete U 10?

    I currently have "The Giant" and "Evolve Mutations" installed on my Mac mini. I finally pulled the trigger on Komplete Ultimate 10 - I am trying to figure out if I need to uninstall those two instruments before doing the K10U install? I would like to deactivate the licenses to sell those plug-ins to a friend later, bit not sure if I need to actually uninstall the product.

    Your advice is appreciated!
