    This is all very well but when I enter the serial number on the box of my copy of Spektral delay I keep getting returned with a red field request to re enter. I've tried any number of ways of entering the srial but none works.

    What's going on?

    The serial number is in the format:

    XXX- XXXXX- XXXXX
