    Its not in service center I had downloaded it last night if you log into your web account you will see it Traktor Scratch Pro 2, however the actual file is 2.1.3

    Hi dannybyrne29, I took your advice and contacted NI about the issue with the CDJ 850 and this is the response I got
    I mean come on..... I bought the pair of CDJs last November and I don't use them all the time when I do gigs because I use the Techs sometimes as well. And maybe and I say maybe one of the CDJ has a problem but not 2 that has the same issue.

    I mean whenever I use Serato with the CDJ 850s I don't get any drifting happening. I doubt that the problem is the CDJs.

    Not impressed with the response from NI at all.

    I don't think that the support staff has that much of a clue about the issues with Traktor (Scratch), CDJs and Timecode CDs/HID...
