Update issues

I have Komplete Ultimate 10, running win 7 8 gig memory 2.6x4 AMD. First off I cloned my C: Drive running out of space lol. There was a point after cloning when 90% of my updates through the service center were all failing. I did a bit of research from the prompts I was getting and come to realize none of my NI programs were listed in the add and remove programs. I think the registry got messed up in the cloning of drive C?? But the hard core reality is I'm going to have to re-install Komplete 10 Ultimate. What I need to know is 1) do I have to re-install the library files again and 2) I did a upgrade from Komplete 10 to Komplete 10 Ultimate are all the files on the hard drive supplied with the upgrade? I was told that the upgrade Hard Drive has all the files but I just want to mess this install up it's already a nightmare.
One last Item I can't remember if there was a install disk for Komplete Kontrol Keyboard it's also one of the items failing to update?

In case you have the libraries still installed on an internal or external disk: just select the applications and plugins for installation (without the libraries).
Then launch the standalone applications and point the library-/database-paths in the options or preferences to the existing library folders.

Yes, Komplete Ultimate includes everything from the 'standard' K10. So you can directly install Komplete 10 Ultimate.
Just make sure you use the same account in Service Center as you used for activating the base product K10 (which qualified you for getting the K10-Ultimate upgrade).

Thanks I got more help from you than NI Support. I did try and install it from the Ultimate upgrade HD but got a error message (what else is new) "An installation package for the product NI Komplete 10 Ultimate can't be found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package Komplete 10 Ultimate Setup PC.msi" I think my way out of this mess is to just either wipe out my HDs and install the program again not something I'm looking forward to because of all the other vst and plugins that will have to be installed again or just upgrade my computer and just start over. I think that's what I'll do as I can still run all the programs on this PC and will update some of the programs, I just can't update a half dozen programs and the main one Komplete Kontrol. I'm going give it another try installing from Komplete Kontrol 10 then to Komplete 10 Ultimate and see if I have any better luck. Thanks again will post results.
