    Help appreciated,

I encountered a problem during the update process.

I have maschine installed and fully working with the DVD install bundled with the hardware.
It is also activated and i have the latest version of service center on my PC

After that i run the update exe for 1.0.2 but I first disable antivirus and close all other programs.

The update continues until a precise moment.
I have a first warning screen asking me if i allow an unsigned driver. I click "continue" and then comes the second warning window with the same window. Again i
    "continue".

That's the moment where my PC automatically reboots.
After boot the maschine EXE is gone. Seems logical since the installer software displays a window where is is stated that Maschine will first be (partly) disinstalled as part of the update process.

I tried twice and twice i had to do the whole install of Maschine before trying the update all over again. This takes hours (install process is one of the slowest i've seen.)

Keeping my Maschine with original installer since new update or installer doesn't work.

Please fix this issue. Get the bugs out of the update.

    FYI
all other sofrware i installed since is working perfectly. The only thing that makes my pc reboot is when i try the update.

    Thanks

    Hello lucaluca,

this is not a known problem. I would try first to once uninstall Maschine from your computer and start again from scratch. You can uninstall Maschine using the program icon in the Windows control panel. Therefore, uninstall the followng things:

    Native Instruments Hardware Controller Support

    Native Instruments Maschine

    Native Instruments Maschine Controller Driver

    Native Instruments Maschine Driver

If this does not solve the problem, please get in contact with our technical support.

    Best regards
