UPDATE problem/crash d2 and s4 mk1

    pls help me with the installation of d2 with my s4 and traktor scratch pro 2.9. d2 is activated via NI's website and is recognized by controller manager. s4 runs fine alone, but whenever i connect the d2 via usb to my laptop, traktor crashes within a few seconds. also weird: service center does not recognize d2 as activated. i must be missing something vital, i guess...

    followed all instructions acc to NI support plus instructions via knowledge base, fixed the trouble with S/N which is now registrated, all drivers updated, d2 gets recognized in device mgr as audio controller and usb device. still: starting traktor pro with d2 and s4 connected leads to a crash within 5 secs.
    If i connect the d2 after i started traktor, i am able to use it, (a bit at least according to my actual level of knowledge), e.g. browsing tracks and play them, but always and only on deck A. whenever i try to assign the d2 to another deck and/or open traktor options, traktor crashes.
    NI support is not able to help, this really gets annoying, anybody has an idea about this?
