Update to K9 Ultimate from K8

Hi NI!

I have K6, and K8 - updated from K6. Now, I want to update from K8 to K9 Ultimate, but info says:

"This update only works for users of KOMPLETE 2-8
You won't be able to install and activate this version unless you own one of the required products listed above!"

I was sure that I am K8 owner ... Is there something i missed?

Are you signed into your NI User Account?

When you are signed into your NI User Account then go to the NI product pages and select "pricing" you will then see the options available for you.

Yes, I'm logged in. Info says "As an owner of KOMPLETE 6 you qualify to install and activate this version - 324,50 euro"... Year ago updated my K6 to K8, so I assume I could buy update for 199,50 euro...

 

If you've got K8 installed on your computer, go through the service center & activate it again. The serial number should show up in your account. Then you'll see the K8 to K9 price.

If you have trouble, call customer service.

 

Ahhh! I missed the most important thing: "update only works for users of KOMPLETE 8 ULTIMATE" - i don't have K8 Ultimate .
