    Hello, could someone help me with the update of traktor pro S4 to Traktor Pro 2 as shown on the page?

    not be done by service center

    not be done by downloading and pro 2 activation by the serial number of S4 (invalid)

    can not download the update with my ID


    native indicates that it is free for owners of S4
