update troubles

    Hi,

    I am on Mac,
    I want to update my Maschine.
    It is activated in Service center and it was never updated since i got it.

    But still I am not able to update it through Service Center as it doesnt show such option for Maschine in the update folder.

    I am also not able to get the update file from the web. Why is it so difficult to do it?
    It should be free for download, because only the people who have the hardware can use it. So no problems with piracy or?

    what version do you have? click on About Maschine or the NI Logo

    and did you buy Maschine new or second hand?

    I bought it new. Version is very old one 1.0.0.200

    i don't understand why you can't download the Update using the Software Updates resource?

    the update shows up for me.

    Yeah i did this already and there is no Maschine in the product list. Is there a file which i can download form internet and install it manually?

    just open up a finder window and search for service center under applications.

    I wish I had the same screen, but I can see only Evolve in the menu of products. All other software companies give updates which are so easy to download and install.

    Why should I spend time to research this update thing with the product I bought? Just give me the link clever admin!

    something has gone wrong with your registration. you really need to get in touch with Registration Support.

    as we have said you should be able to use the Service Centre.

    and you should also see it on that Download Page.

    believe, the download should be/is very easy.
