    Hi I've got the s61 mk2.. When I've checked I see there's no longer 3 options concerning the s61 mk2.
It no longer shows the daw control option it shows the ext/normal but not the other but it was there before the update

    Hello,

We have just released Komplete Kontrol 2.1.1, which fixes this issue. Please update via Native Access!

    Best,
    Adil

I can't update it with Native Access as I've had to turn off my internet so Win 10 doesn't keep updating causing my Mk1 to stop responding. How long are we going to have to wait for a fix for that?

Connect your internet, download 2.1.1 using NA and that should be your fix?

This is a different issue to the USB Win update problem though isn't it? If 2.1.1 fixed that I would assume they would have updated the Knowledge Base detailing that problem.

As told in another thread, I got a new S61MKII (replaced due to velocity problem)

Now I have the same problem as JesterMgee. No Daw control anymore.

KK soft version 2.1.2, Cubase Pro 10.0.15 b136
    Firmware S62MKII V0.5.9 (???????)

And nothing changed, just unplugged the S61MKII and after a few days connected the new one.

    Any solution to this ?

Well the issue I was having, like everyone at the time, was a Windows update that caused the USB driver/service for the hardware not to load so the keyboard was not detected by software. That was a Microsoft related issue which was patched a month later.

If you do not have DAW control, knowing your PC/Mac would be a benefit, but you will need to check if that these are lkoaded and running on your system:

And also you have things correctly configured, ticked and whatnot in your DAW

Oh, I did not see it was a Windows problem.
    I'm on a Mac, Mojave.

It worked fine with my first S61MK2, but that one had a keybed or other problem, making the velocity sensitivity very low.
I had to hammer to get any decent volume. So the dealer changed it with another (new?) one and I just connected it
as before. No updates of Cubase, NI, or whatever.

The new one is ok and works fine in Komplete Kontrol and in Machine, standalone or within Cubase. Except, the Daw control is
    suddenly not working anymore.

I checked every possible setting, started Komplete standalone before Cubase and so one. Even checked/tried everything mentioned
    on this and other fora.

Finally I started looking for updates, hoping this would solve the problem, but it did not.
In fact, I could only update the Firmware of the S61 and Kontakt Player.

I gave up and went on installing my machine mikro and played around with that for a while.
(It's a pitty that you cannot use this as a daw-control).

I'll wil search further in the coming days, in between my IT job. Yep I've got my own small IT business with a lot of
    Mac & Windows users... :D

    Solved : S61MK2 is not very happy with USB 3.0 ports. I have a hub that has 3 USB3 and 4 USB2's.
I plugged it in a USB2 port and it worked again.

So there was something different after all...
