Upgrade issue

    Hello guys,
    I've got quick question. Can I buy a Komplete 13 Ultimate upgrade, if I have Komplete 12 standard version?

    I want to upgrade from komplete 11 to komplete 13 ultimate.
    I qualify for the update for $399
    Does the update come with the 39 expansions?
    Because after I purchased the update,
    I only see the new synths, no expansions.
    Am I missing something?

    They should show up in native access as not installed, have you tried to log out and log in again?

    Yes.
    The synths show up but not the expansions.
    That's why I was wondering if they come with the expansions if it is just an upgrade

    Have you tried this online wizard? You can select options that, you can in the end, contact a native guy and then he will help you. Only they can look into your account and see what's going on. Have you also tried to look online into your account under the "my products" page?

    Yes. I did. But my question is does the upgrade come with the expansions?
    I started a ticket to see if they would explain if it comes with the expansions, I have not got a response yet.
    So I started this thread to see if someone could tell me

    Didn't you ask for a refund already? If that's the case, the expansions would definitely not be there anymore. They are included with the bundles in any case. It wouldn't actually be technically possible for you see say all the synths and not the expansion since everything is triggered with the same serial number.
