Upgrade to Komplete 13 ultimate

    Good morning. I got an email this morning from Native Instruments to upgrade for a price of £539. I also got an E voucher for 66% off.

    The code I used either copy and paste or typed in doesn’t actually work. With the reduction this takes the product down to £179. I briefly saw this price on the website but the page refreshed before I could select PayPal.

    Anyone else had the same problem?

    Generally.
    1) It is not possible to use NI e-vouchers for discounted SW.
    2) I have never saw NI e-voucher expressed in percent. Always fixed value 25 or 50 USD/EUR (maybe also other values).
    3) Not sure if NI uses also PayPal, maybe yes....

    Are you sure, it was email from NI? It more looks like phising email..... But, I may be wrong....

    I had the same problem. Can't remember exactly what it was, but I think the link in the email takes you to an update from the boxed version. If you only have the digital version, you'll have to manually go to the buy page (https://www.native-instruments.com/en/pricing/komplete-13-ultimate/), then the code should work in the voucher field.

    It's legitimate, I got the same thing. It wasn't a normal voucher, just an 'exclusive' 66% discount code to be used only for this one product by the end of the month. Pretty decent deal.

    Kubrak this is definitely a valid email from NI. I am talking to their help desk about the issue. But it’s weird it must have worked briefly.
