Upload problem with user library ?

Hi,

Is anyone else having trouble uploading new insrtument files to the Reaktor user library or is it just me ?

I'm just trying to upload a small zipped up .ens, it's only about 21 Kbytes. File name is AlphaOsc, is there a restriction on file names etc ?

It's nice to know I am not alone. I have also sent an e-mail to library@native-instruments.com but no reply as yet.

I have also noticed that the whole NI website seems to be running very slowly lately. It seems to have been since the run up amd release of KORE, but could just be a coincidence.

yah, its been like that for me for about 2 weeks almost, although today has been going a bit faster (or maybe im just getting used to it!).

 

the german site /.../forum_de/ ... is quickly since last week. Two or three weeks ago it was very sloowwllyyy.

I had a lot of problems uploading the 2 ensembles I uploaded last week. I basically kept trying and after about 10 tries they finally uploaded. There's obviously something wrong with the upload server.

Did you hear any more about this problem from library@native-instruments.com. I am still awainting a reply from them. If you have any additional information about the problem could you please let me know as I am still unable to upload. Any information you could pass on would be gratefully received.
