Hello I hope someone can help.

I bought Kore 2 for Windows (Vista), installed it and is working fine.
I decided to get the Urban Arsenal 2 soundpack to go along with it and downloaded it last night. After installing it, I couldn't see the new sounds in the player (both stand alone or through FL Studios).

I was reading in the Forums and I saw something that suggested that upgrading Kore 2 to the 2.04 version would help so I went ahead and did that. After going back into the Kore player I saw the new Urban Arsenal sounds but I soon realized that only the first 15 sounds worked. When I try to load the sound I get an error message saying that the files are corrupt. I tried reinstalling UA2 but I get the same problem.

After checking the subfiles I noticed that the ones that are in the "Massive" files are the sounds that work and the rest of them that aren't in that file are the ones that do not work. Does any one have any suggestions? Please let me know if my explanation is not clear enough.

    Thanks.

    Welcome =)

What I'd do is reinstall Urban Arsenal.

I've tried reinstalling it multiple times but it still will not work.

The message that I get after trying to load
    the sample is:

    Error loading Sound file
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Shared
    Content\Sounds\Liraries\Urban Arsenal 2\Adrenaline.ksd

File appears to be a corrupted Sound File.

When I hit EDIT for the sound File in the Kore Player and look at the "PATH" for the sound, I notice that the ones that work have
    the PATH:

    C:\Program Files\...\Massive\Urban Arsenal 2\

The ones that don't work are under a different path:

    C:\Program Files\...\Libraries\Urban Arsenal 2\

I tried putting the sound files under the PATH that works
but that did not work either.

As would be logical- the ones that you're having problems with are the .ksds with sample content.

Check and see if the path to your sample content's correct in Kore's options; the addon packs and Kore use the same path. Also, make sure that you're using Kore 2.0.4

    The path seem correct.

    I went under

    FILE
    -Opions

Then went to the Database tab and saw that the "Standard User
    Path" was [Documents]\Native Instruments

    In the Sounds tab
    the "User Sounds Folder" was
    [Standard User Path]\Shared Content\Sounds

I noticed that the installed Urban Arsenal did go under the path.

Why is it that the sounds went into two different sub folders?
The ones that went under the file:

    \shared content\sounds\massive\urban arsenal 2

worked. But some of them went under:

    \shared content\sounds\libraries\urban arsenal 2

which are the ones that are "corrupt."

And yes I am using 2.0.4

I'm talking about the path to your Kore 2 sample content folder; that's on the first page of your options. Your user content path's irrelevant here.
Ah no- UA installed to the factory content path(s)
Read my previous post. The Massive patches go where they do because they can be used outside of Kore/Kore player if you own Massive; that's the Massive factory content location.

The others are in the proper location- the shared content/sounds/libraries folder. However, all the .ksd is with those is the patch name/location, attributes and controller assignment. The actual content (samples, etc.)'s in your Kore 2 Sample Content folder, which is why I told you to check that path.

Yes, in the Kore 2 Sample Content there is a Kore Sound Packs Folder. Inside the folder was a Urban Arsenal 2 Sample folder. I really don't know what to do.

What I would do is redownload UA 2. Clear your browser cache and temp files before you do.

I redownloaded UA and tried installing it but to no avail. Is there a support line I can call? To see what we can do?
