Urban Arsonal and Synthetic Drums Reloaded are not working in Kore2. I believe something was changed unknown to me in my PC. Both programs have worked in the past. Please don't assume I need to figure out what has changed recently because my system is continually changing. 2 weeks ago I purchased Maschine. I own lots of NI products. I haven't used Urban Arsonal or Synthetic Drums Reloaded in months.

Yes all NI versions are up to date to my knowledge. I have performed CUSTOM uninstalls and AUTOMATIC uninstalls of both programs and then re-installed both programs many times.

I have trashed the koredb file and let Kore rebuild its data base many times. I have done a full data base re-scan dozens of time. (always unchecking "hide unavailable sounds" then checking after the scan) I have re-scanned the plug-ins.

My Kore Sample content is in my E drive (sample drive) and in the Kore Options>general tab>Library, the address E>kore2>sample content is set correctly.

Now here is the actual problem:

Any time I load Urban Arsenal2 (grooves or kits)...or load anything from Synthetic drums reloaded, I get the dreaded "?" in orange background in the SOUND level.

For example if I load "Groove-Bang it Again" from Urban Arsenal 2, it loads correctly at the performance level, but at the sound level there is a "?" next to Groove-Bang it Again. Therefore there is no sound of course.

I have checked and re-checked for proper location of all my .ksd's and everything looks good.

When calling USA NI support I get a recording saying they re too busy. I sent a tech support request to NI, and hope it won't take weeks for a reply.

If anyone here has experienced the same or similar issues, let me know.

I'm amazed NI has not replied to my tech support question. This is not good service.
