Urgent "Track Search" Issue

Hi Folks,
Have a very important gig tomorrow night and need to get this resolved before then.

Basically out fo the blue Deck B does this random problem where it begin to fastforward through the track that is laoded and then become completely unresponsive to me hitting pause on the CDJ, Hitting tracks search, jump to start buttong or naytihng that would interfere with play.
I have the newest update installed, swapped the control disks around, swapped decks around and checked all cables to eliminate any hardware possibilities.

Tried a search on the forum and cant find anything. Would prefer not to ahve to do a full reinstall as I am just after doing one 2 weeks ago for a seperate bug.

Anybody any ideas?

What version are you running, system specs, etc?

 

Pro 1.1.1
Dell with 2gig with 320gb.

I keep my laptop in pretty good shape so im almost sure its not a performance issue.

 

Did you try resetting the calibration for Deck B when this happened?

 

Hi, not sure how to do that. Ive never calibrated the deck to begin with.

Still having no luck with this at all, and im supporting very big name DJ tonight so understandebly im very concerned about this. Anytime at it happens a restart it the only way gaining function to that Deck again.

Its literally liek someone is pressing down search/fast forward on the deck and its stuck on it. Is there a hotkey for this or function that somehow may be toggleing itself on?

If you see the timecode-circles in the deck, click on the circle untill you see the "RST"-rectangle (RST=reset). Just click on RST.

 

To add to that, if you're in Sticker mode view, just click the panel to switch to Scope view.

There is a hotkey assignment to switch views as well.

I have the tilde(~) assigned to this.
