    I've left messages via your ticket system and had no reply so I've to resort to leaving a message in your forum. Where is your technical support?. "I ordered the product three days ago".

    Order number 8267051 24th Feb (Traktor Scratch 2)

    The Traktor Scratch Pro 2 upgrade which I purchased via your online store will not upgrade from my already purchased box version of Traktor scratch duo 2..

    I just need this sorted out would you please get someone to contact me regarding my problem via my registered email address. If I cant get someone to help me with this issue Id just prefer if you could issue a refund.
