Right now i don't have a good midi controller, I just use my keyboard that doesn't have anything i can use knob wise to control knobs in Massive. And i don't really have the money to go buy a proper midi controller but I have a thing with a few knobs and I was wondering if i could use it in Massive to control filter cutoff and things like that.
Sorry if the answer to my questing is on google because i couldnt find it....

    Thanks in advance

There are some programs that can change usb joysticks to midi. I don't remember the name of the programs. Try looking up "arcade joystick midi" on YouTube and there is a guy doing some cool midi stuff. I think in his description or comments he mentions the names of the programs.

Can you clarify, "a thing" is this thing, usb, is it analog, is it some other thing? can't answer with out knowing what thing you are talking about :D

Short answer, any "thing" can be used, it just depends on how much work you want to go through to make it work.

long answer, you could hook up raw pots/sliders/buttons to an Arduino(available at radio shack in the USA and write code to output MIDI if you really want to. Its some work, but I've seen people create there own midi controllers before.

Well, according to its MIDI Implementation Chart the WK3000 sends quite some parameters but probably not by knobs except the mod wheel and volume I guess. Can't find information about the Brixus, do you have a link to the manufacturer of that device? In general most hosts and the Massive Standalone of course are able to merge multiple MIDI input signals.

Brixius is the name of the forums member he answered to, so I guess he simply misspelled his name. Anyway, the name of the box could be helpfull.

Not sure if thisbis a viable solution.

I know you said you don't have alotof money to buy a "proper" MIDI controller, I'd have to agree they can get really expensive. But how about something like Behringer BCR2000 I see they are going for about $150 and havelots of knobs. I seem to remember Tim Exile using Them in his,"Lookie what I'd done" video.:D
