I have three ports on my dv2000 for audio and i was wondering if there would be some way to have the main channel play through the main headphone jack and then have the headphone monitor go straight to the spdif port? is there a specific driver or change in the driver that i would need to make or should it all be doable through the internal traktor mixer? so far when i plug in anything to the spdif the main channel or basically all the computers audio goes through it. i want to be able to have the main jack plug into a reciever and the spdif port to my headphones. is this possible or do i need a new soundcard?

it's possible. read the manual (from inside traktor, click help --> open manual), specifically what it has to say on output routing.

btw, it is probably not a good idea to go through a receiver. AV receivers tend to do audio processing internally which can introduce noticeable delay (in technical terminology, receivers run signals through their high-latency DSP).
